LHASA Program Suite
"The suggestion by LHASA of such non-obvious pathways is both stimulating and valuable to a chemist. The field of computer assisted synthetic analysis is fascinating in its own right, and surely one of the most interesting problems in the area of machine intelligence. Because of the enormous memory and speed of modern machines and the probability of continuing advances, it seems clear that computers can play an important role in synthetic design."
E. J. Corey, Nobel Lecture
Angew. Chem., Int. Ed. (Eng.), 30, 455, (1991)

Since its original implementation for retrosynthetic analysis, LHASA continues to provide innovative solutions for Computer-Assisted Organic Synthesis planning. Recent developments of several new modules dramatically expand the range of program capabilities.

Currently, LHASA consists of five major modules. You can learn more about each part of the program by following the links below.

Solutions For:
           Retrosynthetic Analysis
Reaction Prediction for Combinatorial Chemistry
Toxicology Prediction Using DEREK
